Speakers, Programs, and Training Sessions:

    Thursday, January 13, 2005 -- Mr. Vincent Palacino from the Glens Falls Symphony Orchestra spoke on behalf of a proposed charity concert in March. The rest of the Meeting was mostly devoted to the proposed Merger with the Saratoga Central Labor Council, setting up the Labor Council's work plans for 2005, and working out an interim budget.  

    Thursday, February 10, 2005 --     The Meeting was cancelled at the last minute due to sudden deep snow, and both telephone messages and E-Mail were used to relay the information.

    Thursday, March 10, 2005 --
    - There was a general discussion during the the business Meeting, and Kathleen Scales from CDALF was present to lend her assistance.

    Thursday, April 14, 2005 --

    Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 7:00 PM. --     A Chair should be appointed for our Political Action Committee if not done previously, and plans will be finalized for the Picnic and the Voter Registration.  

    Thursday, June 9, 2005 --
Plans were made so everything could continue over the summer, and be ready for the Fall season.

    Thursday, July 14, 2005 --
July's Meeting was held at the CSEA Offices and Meeting Hall in Queensbury.

    Thursday, August 11th, 2005 -- was held at the CWI building behind Wendy's on Upper Glen street, and decided on a Mayoral Debate, discussed the new Council banner, the Labor Day Parade, and C.O.P.E. matters.
   

    Thursday, September 8, 2005 --     The Meeting concentrated on the upcoming political season and elections, setting up the Mayoral Debate at the Wood's Theatre, the Candidates' Nights, and other actions.

    Thursday, October 13th, 2005 --     We were honored to have a number of candidates for Office at our Meeting.     Endorsements were discussed and made afterward.

    Thursday, November 10th, 2005 -- .
    The good results of the Election were discussed: most of our local Labor's endorsed candidates having been elected. Plans were laid for future actions and Meetings.

    Thursday, December 8th, 2005 --
A "Snow Day"! Meeting cancelled..
